Sephora Canada — Beauty Advisor (Part‑time, flexible) in Montreal, QC. Hourly pay CAD 17.10–21.40.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs.
- Educate and empower clients through product demonstrations, application techniques and routine advice.
- Maintain current knowledge of product assortments, new launches, techniques and beauty trends to inform recommendations.
- Drive sales performance and contribute to store KPIs through effective selling, merchandising and follow-up.
- Manage merchandising, replenish stock and ensure the sales floor and displays are clean, organised and inviting.
- Provide reliable coverage during peak trading hours, including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
- Adhere to store policies, visual standards and loss-prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Customer-focused with demonstrable experience delivering excellent service in a retail or beauty environment.
- Passion for beauty products and trends with confidence in product application and recommendations.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- Collaborative team player who contributes to an inclusive, goal-oriented environment.
- Physically able to lift and move items up to 22.7 kg (50 lbs).
- Availability to meet minimum weekly hours per role and provide flexibility for peak periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
Skills
Experience
Entry-level position; previous retail or beauty consulting experience is an asset and preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
