Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
- Demonstrate expertise by educating and empowering clients on their beauty journey.
- Stay informed on new products, techniques, and beauty trends to offer relevant advice.
- Exceed sales targets and key performance indicators with support from Sephora Canada.
- Maintain a welcoming environment by managing inventory and merchandising, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Qualifications
- Experience in delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationships in a retail environment.
- Passion for beauty and trends with self-confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to contribute to a team-oriented, goal-driven, and inclusive environment.
- Physical capability to lift and move items up to 22.7 kg.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a customer-focused retail environment is preferred, but not mandatory.

Compensation
Compensation ranges from CAD 17.10 to CAD 21.40 per hour, with performance bonuses and a competitive benefits package.
