Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise by educating clients on beauty products, techniques, and their applications
- Monitor and stay current with emerging beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide relevant and timely advice
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards; support inventory management and product display
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment by promoting openness and supporting colleague success
- Uphold Sephora's brand standards and policies to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming shopping experience for all clients
