Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and trends
- Maintain current knowledge of emerging beauty products, techniques, and market trends
- Drive sales results and key performance indicators through client engagement
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized store environment
