Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client's individual needs
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey
• Monitor and communicate emerging beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant and timely advice
• Drive sales performance and achieve key performance indicators set by store leadership
• Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
• Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture where all team members and clients feel valued and empowered
• Uphold Sephora policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
• Maintain flexibility and reliability by meeting minimum weekly shift requirements and being available during peak retail operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience providing excellent service and building strong client relationships in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment
• Demonstrated passion for beauty, trends, and empowering client confidence
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to thrive as a collaborative team player in a goal-oriented, inclusive environment
• Quick learner with capacity to absorb and share product knowledge effectively
• Physical capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds

Skills

Experience

Entry-level retail experience or demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a client-focused environment is preferred; however, candidates with a passion for beauty and strong interpersonal skills may be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal education requirement specified.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20.85 to USD 23.98 per hour.
