Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations that align with each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise through in-store demonstrations, tutorials and tailored merchandising.
- Stay current on beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice and education.
- Drive sales performance and contribute to store KPIs through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
- Support inventory processes, merchandising standards and maintain a clean, organised, and inviting sales floor.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora’s customer service and safety standards.
- Maintain flexible availability to cover peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; meet required minimum weekly shifts.
Qualifications
- Entry-level with prior retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality and ability to work flexible retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous experience in retail, hospitality, or other client-facing environments is preferred but not required. Demonstrable customer service aptitude and willingness to learn product knowledge quickly are essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Formal beauty, cosmetology or related certifications are advantageous but not required.
