Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on beauty trends, techniques, and innovations
- Maintain awareness of current beauty trends and new product launches to provide relevant guidance
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators while supporting team objectives
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment
