Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients and deliver personalized consultations, recommending skincare, makeup and fragrance solutions tailored to individual needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise and perform beauty services to educate and empower clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, product innovation and application techniques to drive repeat business.
- Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators through clienteling and targeted recommendations.
- Support merchandising, inventory management and store presentation to ensure a clean, organized and welcoming retail environment.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles.
- Passion for beauty, trends and a customer-first approach to consultations.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends and holidays and to meet required weekly shift commitments (part-time: 15–29 hrs/week).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level; prior retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience preferred and valued for immediate contribution to sales and client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
