Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations across makeup, skincare and fragrance tailored to each client's needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise and application techniques to educate and empower clients.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide up‑to‑date advice.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators through client engagement and conversion.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organised and welcoming salesfloor.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture and follow company policies to ensure a safe and positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a similar customer-service environment preferred.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays and punctual, reliable attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Entry-level role; prior retail or other client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships is advantageous.
