Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations to meet individual client needs and build long-term relationships.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance lines and educate clients to empower their beauty routines.
  • Maintain awareness of trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide current, relevant advice.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store KPI targets through consultative selling and upselling.
  • Support daily store operations including merchandising, inventory management, replenishment and maintaining a clean, welcoming sales floor.
  • Uphold Sephora Canada policies to ensure a safe, inclusive and customer-focused shopping experience.
  • Adhere to scheduled shifts, maintain punctual attendance, and be available for peak retail periods including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment demonstrating strong customer service capability.
  • Passion for beauty products, trends and a desire to help clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb product knowledge and translate it into clear client recommendations.
  • Physically able to perform retail tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Experience
