Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that address individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on beauty techniques, ingredients, and applications
- Monitor and stay informed of emerging beauty trends, product launches, and industry developments to deliver current advice
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals and key performance indicators
- Support store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized shopping environment
