Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current with beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant advice and maintain client loyalty.
- Drive sales performance by achieving individual sales goals and contributing to store KPIs, including add-on sales and conversion.
- Support merchandising, inventory management and maintain a clean, organized and visually compelling sales floor.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative store culture and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-service environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Reliable availability for retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays and ability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time schedules.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; previous experience in retail or hospitality that demonstrates strong client service and relationship-building is preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
