Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Drive sales and achieve store KPIs through proactive client engagement and conversion of consults into purchases.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory tasks and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Promote an inclusive team culture and uphold company policies to create a safe, enjoyable shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver excellent client service in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles (preferred).
- Passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge with an aptitude for learning and sharing expertise.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; strong teamwork orientation.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays and to meet minimum weekly shift requirements (part-time: 15–29 hrs/wk).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
