Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and beauty goals.
- Provide expert product knowledge across cosmetics, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client follow-up.
- Maintain a clean, organized and merchandised sales floor; support inventory activities and product replenishment.
- Remain current on beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to ensure relevant client advice.
- Foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build rapport in a retail, hospitality or client-facing setting (preferred).
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with consultative selling.
- Reliable availability for retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays; punctual and consistent attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and meet sales goals is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology or beauty-related certifications are a plus.
