Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate and educate clients on product usage and benefits across makeup, skincare and fragrance categories.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product launches, techniques and beauty trends to provide relevant and current advice.
  • Drive sales performance by achieving individual and store KPIs through consultative selling and product discovery.
  • Support merchandising, inventory management and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and brand-compliant.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that supports team objectives and a welcoming client experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety standards to create a secure and enjoyable shopping environment.
  • Be available and reliable for scheduled shifts, including peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays).

Qualifications

  • Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-service role preferred.
  • Demonstrable passion for beauty products, trends, and client empowerment.
  • Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented retail environment.
  • Quick learner with the ability to retain and share product knowledge effectively.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; punctuality and consistent attendance required.

Experience
