Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor for its Milan store, where the successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer experiences while contributing to store sales objectives. This part-time position requires an empathetic, results-oriented professional to provide personalized beauty consultations, build client relationships, and support team operations within a dynamic, multinational retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers and deliver personalized beauty consultations, ensuring memorable and expert-guided shopping experiences
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored product recommendations based on individual customer profiles
- Actively contribute to achieving store sales objectives, budgets, and targets while adapting to strategic changes
- Support the Store Manager and Specialists in executing daily store operations and visual merchandising initiatives
- Foster a positive team environment through collaborative engagement with colleagues across departments
- Demonstrate proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail software applications to process transactions efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar roles such as Sales Assistant, Promoter, or Beauty Consultant, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Fluent English with good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of key commerce KPIs and retail metrics

Experience
Previous experience in similar retail or customer-facing roles, ideally within prestige beauty, cosmetics, or multinational retail environments. Demonstrated success in sales-driven, fast-paced retail settings is preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 23371.18 per annum.
