Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a unique and memorable shopping experience by warmly welcoming customers and offering personalized consultations.
- Support the store manager and specialists in daily operations and contribute to achieving store targets and budgets.
- Adapt to strategic changes and new action plans set by management.
- Manage inventory and deliveries efficiently.
- Foster a strong team spirit by collaborating with colleagues and creating a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar roles such as Sales Assistant, Promoter, or Beauty Consultant, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.
- Familiarity with key retail performance indicators (KPIs).
- Strong result orientation and team collaboration skills.
