Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience, making them feel pampered and well-advised.
- Provide personalized consultations tailored to individual client needs.
- Support the Store Manager and Specialists in daily operations.
- Actively contribute to achieving store objectives, adapting to strategic changes and new action plans set by management.
- Organize and manage inventory and deliveries.
- Foster a strong team spirit by collaborating with colleagues and creating a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar roles such as Sales Assistant, Promoter, or Beauty Consultant, preferably in dynamic multinational retail settings.
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in retail or customer service roles is preferred, particularly within multinational environments.
