Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate deep product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales and meet or exceed store KPIs through consultative selling and relationship-building.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, welcoming sales floor.
- Foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.
- Adhere to scheduling requirements and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service.
- Passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment with an aptitude for product learning.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to build immediate rapport with diverse clients.
- Team-oriented mindset with comfort working in a collaborative, goal-driven environment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repeated standing and product demonstrations.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; prior retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred but not strictly required. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and build client relationships is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetics or beauty-related certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
