Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-to-one beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and application techniques across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Drive sales performance and meet store KPIs through effective selling, product demonstrations and follow-up clienteling.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory management and ensure a clean, organized, and on-brand sales floor.
- Remain current on beauty trends, new product launches and category innovations to provide relevant, timely advice.
- Adhere to company policies, cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures to ensure a safe and secure customer environment.
- Work collaboratively within the store team to foster an inclusive, respectful and goal-oriented workplace.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated client-service ability in retail, hospitality or other customer-facing roles; prior beauty retail experience preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Passion for beauty, trends and a commitment to ongoing product education.
- Reliable availability for retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required for merchandising and stock tasks.
