Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate clients on application techniques and routines.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual and store KPIs and conversion targets.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory replenishment and ensure a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and seasonal assortments to provide relevant advice.
- Support a culture of inclusivity and teamwork; follow company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming shopping experience.
- Be available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; adhere to punctuality and attendance expectations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering excellent service in retail, hospitality, or client-facing environments is preferred.
