Sephora Miami seeks a Part‑Time Beauty Advisor at The Falls to provide consultations and drive sales ($18.00–$20.50/hr).
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences by assessing client needs and recommending appropriate products and routines.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Drive sales and key performance indicators through consultative selling, client follow-up and achieving individual targets.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized and inviting sales floor.
- Remain current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to keep client advice relevant.
- Contribute to an inclusive team environment and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build rapport in retail, hospitality or client-facing settings.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative team orientation.
- Reliable availability for peak retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays and ability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail or client-facing experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and meet sales objectives is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal beauty, cosmetology or product training is a plus.
