Sephora seeks a Part-Time Beauty Advisor in Miami, FL (Dolphin Mall) — hourly pay $18.00–$20.50 to deliver personalised beauty consultations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and trends.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, welcoming sales floor.
- Remain current on industry trends and new product launches to inform client recommendations.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture by collaborating with colleagues and promoting a positive client environment.
- Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe, secure and compliant retail experience.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with demonstrated customer service skills.
- Passion for beauty, trends and empowering client confidence.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level role; prior experience in retail, hospitality or other client-focused environments is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and build client relationships is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
