Sephora Miami (Brickell City Centre) seeks a part‑time Beauty Advisor. Hourly $18–$23, entry‑level retail role with flexible scheduling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized in‑store consultations and product recommendations that respond to each client's needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs through proactive clienteling and conversion of traffic into purchases.
  • Maintain visual standards: support merchandising, stock replenishment and ensure a clean, organized sales floor.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Promote an inclusive environment and collaborate with colleagues to sustain a positive team culture.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure and enjoyable client experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality or client‑facing experience with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service.

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to meet minimum weekly shifts.
