Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s beauty needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients, and product benefits.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches, and category innovations to maintain relevance in client conversations.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding assigned KPIs and contributing to store targets.
- Support merchandising, inventory processes, and housekeeping to maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling retail space.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that promotes client trust and team cohesion while upholding company policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-centric environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and helping clients build confidence through personalized advice.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Strong team orientation and ability to contribute in a goal-driven, collaborative environment.
- Quick learner with the capacity to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and remain on feet for extended periods.

Experience
Entry-level role. Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment is preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
