Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s beauty needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients, and product benefits.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches, and category innovations to maintain relevance in client conversations.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding assigned KPIs and contributing to store targets.
  • Support merchandising, inventory processes, and housekeeping to maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling retail space.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that promotes client trust and team cohesion while upholding company policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-centric environment preferred.
  • Passion for beauty, trends, and helping clients build confidence through personalized advice.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Strong team orientation and ability to contribute in a goal-driven, collaborative environment.
  • Quick learner with the capacity to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and remain on feet for extended periods.

Experience
