Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor for its Lakeside store location in Metairie, Louisiana. In this part-time hourly role, the successful candidate will deliver personalized beauty consultations, demonstrate product expertise, and drive sales performance while maintaining a welcoming store environment. The position offers flexible scheduling with 15–29 weekly hours and requires availability during peak retail operations including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, applications, and trending products
- Monitor and stay current with beauty industry trends, seasonal launches, and product innovations to provide relevant and timely advice
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators through client engagement and consultative selling
- Support store operations by managing inventory, executing merchandising displays, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming sales environment
- Foster an inclusive team culture by promoting openness, collaboration, and empowerment among colleagues

Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused customer service environments
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal abilities
- Physical capability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds regularly
