Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise through live demonstrations and education that empower clients to make informed purchases.
  • Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches, and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store KPIs.
  • Support merchandising and inventory processes to maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling sales floor.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming client experience.
  • Work flexible hours and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment preferred.
  • Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, and current trends.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Collaborative, goal-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Reliable availability to meet the role's minimum weekly shift requirements.

Experience
