Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and trends
- Maintain current knowledge of beauty products, innovations, and emerging market trends
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and drive sales performance to meet company targets and KPIs
- Support visual merchandising, inventory management, and maintain an organized, welcoming retail environment
- Foster an inclusive team culture and promote Sephora's commitment to belonging and diversity
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe, secure shopping experience
- Provide consistent, high-quality service during peak retail operations including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
