Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and ingredient benefits
- Monitor and stay current with emerging beauty products, trends, and innovations to provide relevant, timely advice
- Exceed sales targets and key performance indicators while maintaining client satisfaction
- Support store operations including inventory management, merchandise presentation, and visual displays
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment conducive to positive shopping experiences

Qualifications
