Sephora hiring a Beauty Advisor in Meridian, ID — full-time hourly role ($16.60–$19.30/hr) delivering personalised beauty consultations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, consultative beauty experiences and tailored product recommendations to each client.
- Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance categories.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators through effective selling techniques.
- Maintain store standards: merchandising, inventory support, stock replenishment and a clean, welcoming sales floor.
- Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to inform client advice.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture and uphold Sephora’s customer service and safety policies.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred; strong history of delivering excellent customer service.
- Passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge with an ability to communicate recommendations clearly.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; dependable attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level sales role; previous experience in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to build client relationships are important.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal degree required.
