Sephora — Beauty Advisor (part-time) in Meridian, ID. Deliver personalised beauty consultations and drive sales at the Village at Meridian store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate clients on application and routines.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Drive sales and meet or exceed store KPIs through relationship-building and upselling.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities and ensure a clean, organised sales floor.
  • Promote an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.
  • Work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays as required by store scheduling.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality or other client-facing experience with demonstrated customer service ability.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident in their choices.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality with availability for peak retail hours and a required minimum number of weekly shifts.
  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16.60 to USD 19.30 per hour.
