Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients to empower their beauty journeys
- Maintain awareness of emerging beauty products, techniques, and industry trends to deliver timely, relevant advice
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals and key performance indicators
- Support inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Foster an inclusive team culture and promote openness where all clients and team members feel valued
- Adhere to Sephora policies and maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
Qualifications
