Sephora Seasonal Retail Assistant position in Melbourne | Part-time beauty advisor role, AUD $36.33/hr plus loadings and superannuation
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver inspiring and personalized customer experiences by listening to and understanding individual beauty needs
- Advise customers on product features, benefits, and compatibility across all Sephora departments
- Promote and guide customers through the Sephora loyalty programme offerings
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and maintain store appearance and product organization
- Participate in cross-training initiatives and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak trading periods
- Identify and share new product launches and iconic brand innovations with customers and colleagues
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
- Demonstrated passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness sectors
- Keen observer of beauty trends and product innovations
- Flexibility to work Thursday through Sunday, including late-night and weekend shifts
- Full availability from November 2026 through January 2027 inclusive
