Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Educate and empower clients by sharing expert product knowledge and latest beauty trends and techniques
- Monitor and maintain inventory, merchandising displays, and ensure a clean, organized, welcoming store environment
- Drive sales results and exceed key performance indicators through consultative selling
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and openness while fostering teamwork and collaboration
