Sephora in McLean, VA is hiring a full-time Beauty Advisor at Tysons Corner (7966 Tysons Corner Center). Hourly pay $21.75–$28.00/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised in-store beauty consultations and product recommendations to meet individual client needs and build long-term relationships.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and inspire clients about product use and benefits.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product innovations and application techniques to ensure relevant, expert advice.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store KPIs and contributing to team targets.
  • Support visual merchandising, stock replenishment and inventory tasks to maintain an organised, attractive sales floor.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Be available for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and develop strong client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-focused settings.
  • Passion for beauty, product knowledge and trends with an eagerness to learn and share expertise.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage diverse clientele.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a goal-oriented retail environment.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed for stock and merchandising tasks.

Experience
