Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, ingredients, and usage
- Monitor and communicate emerging beauty trends, products, and techniques to maintain client relevance and engagement
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling
- Maintain inventory accuracy, execute merchandising standards, and ensure a clean, organized, welcoming store environment
- Cultivate inclusivity and teamwork by promoting a culture of empowerment and belonging among colleagues
- Uphold Sephora policies and procedures to create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-facing service roles with demonstrated excellence
- Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, trends, and client empowerment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Collaborative team player comfortable in goal-oriented, inclusive environments
- Capacity to quickly absorb and communicate product knowledge
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly

Experience
