Sephora McAllen (TX) seeks a Part‑Time Beauty Advisor — $16.60–$22/hr. Provide personalized consultations, drive sales, and maintain merchandising excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise through in‑store demonstrations, application techniques, and education to empower clients.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding store KPIs and individual sales targets.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes, and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and inviting.
  • Stay current on beauty trends, launches, and techniques to provide relevant, up‑to‑date advice.

Qualifications
