Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty products, techniques, and applications
- Monitor and stay current with emerging beauty trends, products, and innovations to provide relevant advice
- Drive sales results and achieve key performance indicators set by Sephora
- Maintain store inventory, merchandising standards, and ensure a clean, organized, welcoming retail environment
