Sephora Beauty Advisor position in Mataro, Barcelona. Part-time permanent role in luxury beauty retail with onboarding and career development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients across skincare, makeup, fragrance, and haircare categories
- Create welcoming in-store experiences that celebrate customer diversity and individual beauty expression
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of Sephora's 500+ brand portfolio and product attributes
- Build and maintain client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat visits
- Support clients in discovering products aligned with their unique beauty needs and preferences
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in the beauty or luxury retail sector
