Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor for its Mataro location to deliver exceptional client service and product expertise in a dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate will welcome customers, understand their beauty needs, provide personalized recommendations across Sephora's extensive portfolio of over 500 luxury brands, and build lasting client relationships. Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients across skincare, makeup, fragrance, and haircare categories
- Create welcoming in-store experiences that celebrate customer diversity and individual beauty expression
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of Sephora's 500+ brand portfolio and product attributes
- Build and maintain client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat visits
