Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Provide expert product demonstrations and recommendations across skincare, makeup and fragrance.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, replenish stock and support inventory processes to ensure a pristine sales floor.
- Stay current on beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to educate clients and colleagues.
- Uphold company policies and create a safe, welcoming shopping environment that reflects brand standards.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to foster an inclusive culture and consistent client experience.
Qualifications
- Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment with demonstrated customer service excellence.
- Passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Reliable availability for retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays; able to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time roles.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Experience
Entry-level; prior retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service, develop client relationships and achieve sales objectives.
