Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and product benefits
- Maintain current knowledge of beauty trends, new products, and seasonal offerings to provide relevant advice
- Drive sales performance by exceeding target goals and key performance indicators
- Support store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and maintenance of a clean, organized retail environment
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture where all employees feel empowered
- Uphold Sephora brand standards and company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming shopping experience

Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality, or client-focused service experience
