Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor for its Marbella beachfront location, reporting to the store management team. The role encompasses daily interaction with clients across product selection and consultation in fragrance, cosmetics, skincare, and hair care. The successful candidate will excel at understanding client needs, providing personalized beauty recommendations, building loyalty, and maintaining Sephora's premium retail experience within a fun, dynamic team environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients in a professional and warm manner, assessing their beauty needs and preferences
- Provide expert product recommendations across Sephora's curated selection of over 500 prestige brands and Sephora Collection
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and ensure accurate inventory management
- Develop and maintain product knowledge in fragrance, makeup, skincare, haircare, and wellness categories
- Build and nurture customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and loyalty
- Contribute to a dynamic, inclusive team culture and support colleague development
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or premium retail sector
- Demonstrable passion for the beauty industry and beauty trends
- Fluent Spanish and clear customer-facing communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and active listening abilities
- Availability to work on-site at the Marbella location
- Resident in or near Marbella province
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, or a customer-facing luxury retail environment. Prior experience advising clients on skincare, fragrance, or makeup products is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education (or equivalent). No further formal education is required; on-the-job training will be provided.
