Sephora in Marbella (Spain) seeks a part‑time Beauty Advisor to deliver expert product advice and exceptional customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised product consultations across makeup, skincare, fragrance and haircare to drive conversion and basket value.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build sustained client relationships through professional clienteling and follow‑up.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while promoting Sephora’s merchandising and promotional initiatives.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, stock presentation and product knowledge on new launches.
- Participate in store onboarding, training activities and local retail projects supporting store growth and operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of professional experience in beauty retail, cosmetics or a client‑facing sales role.
- Strong customer service orientation with proven experience engaging and advising clients.
- Fluent spoken and written English (required); additional languages are an asset.
- Resident within the province of the vacancy (Marbella/Málaga) and able to work flexible retail hours.
- Passion for beauty trends and product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrances.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of direct experience within the beauty or cosmetics sector, ideally in a retail environment with demonstrable customer advisory and sales results.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in cosmetics, beauty therapy or makeup artistry is advantageous.
Workplace
This position is based in Marbella, Andalusia, Spain, within easy reach of Malaga.
