Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate and communicate product expertise to educate and empower clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance categories.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product innovations and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Support day-to-day store operations including merchandising, inventory maintenance and maintaining a clean, welcoming sales floor.
- Contribute to an inclusive team environment that promotes respectful client interactions and collaboration.
- Adhere to company policies and loss-prevention, ensuring a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for clients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience providing excellent customer service in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Reliable availability for retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays; punctual and consistent attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to deliver strong customer service and develop client relationships is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
