Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations to meet each client’s individual needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare, fragrance and beauty tools to educate and empower clients.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches, and application techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
  • Drive sales performance and achieve daily/weekly KPIs through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes, and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
  • Promote an inclusive, team-oriented culture by supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive client experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety procedures to create a secure and professional shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-service environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated passion for beauty and trends with the ability to translate product knowledge into tailored recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a goal-driven approach and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance required.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
