Sephora is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor in Malmö (Emporia) — customer-facing role focused on merchandising, sales and expert beauty advice.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised client consultations and product recommendations across makeup, skincare, fragrance and haircare to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain flawless product presentation in accordance with visual merchandising specifications and support merchandising updates and conversions.
- Replenish stock on the sales floor, prepare product displays for sale and ensure merchandise assortment is accurate and well organised.
- Operate the cash register/point-of-sale system, process transactions and assist with customer services and returns.
- Carry out inventories, stockroom organisation and warehousing tasks to ensure product availability.
- Ensure the sales floor and fixtures are clean, merchandised and compliant with brand standards.
- Work to daily KPIs including conversion rate, items per basket, average basket value and customer feedback metrics.
Qualifications
- Communicative, reliable and well organised with a strong team spirit.
- Friendly, motivating demeanour and customer-oriented approach.
- Interest in or prior experience within beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion or hospitality sectors.
- First experience in retail sales or customer advising is preferred.
- Good knowledge of current beauty trends and product categories.
- Fluent in English or Swedish; additional languages are an asset.

Experience
Entry-level role. Candidates with a first retail or customer-advising experience and a demonstrated interest in the beauty industry are encouraged to apply.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
