Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs
- Educate and empower clients through expert product knowledge and beauty expertise
- Stay current with emerging beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide relevant guidance
- Drive sales performance and achieve key performance indicators set by management
- Maintain store standards through inventory management, merchandising, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment

Experience
