Sephora Madrid seeks a Temporary Part-time Beauty Advisor — customer-focused role in cosmetics and skincare; fluent English required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalised consultations and product recommendations across makeup, skincare, fragrances and haircare to meet individual client needs.
  • Deliver exceptional front-line customer service, converting consultations into sales while building lasting client relationships and clienteling data.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation is aligned with Sephora brand guidelines.
  • Participate in store operational tasks including stock replenishment, inventory accuracy and basic loss-prevention procedures.
  • Contribute to store initiatives and a retail project with expected expansion, attending initial onboarding and ongoing training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of professional experience in the beauty or cosmetics sector.
  • Fluent spoken and written English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Residence within the province of the vacancy and legal eligibility to work in Spain.
  • Clear vocation for customer service, excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for beauty trends and products.
