Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service through expert product advice in makeup, skincare and fragrance.
- Build and maintain client relationships through effective clienteling and follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Execute daily sales activities including operating the point-of-sale, processing transactions and meeting store objectives.
- Maintain merchandising standards, stock presentation and inventory accuracy to brand guidelines.
- Participate in onboarding, brand trainings and internal learning programs to deepen product knowledge.
- Support store initiatives and contribute to a retail expansion project as required by the site leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in beauty retail or a related customer-facing role.
- Fluent spoken and written English is essential; additional languages are an asset.
- Local residency in the province of the vacancy or the ability to commute to the Castellana (El Corte Inglés) location.
- Demonstrable customer-orientation with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for the beauty industry.
- Availability to work typical retail hours, including weekends and peak periods.

At least 1 year of professional experience in the beauty sector or cosmetics retail, with proven customer-facing sales experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in cosmetics/beauty therapy is advantageous.
