Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
• Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty products, techniques, and application methods to empower confident purchasing decisions
• Monitor and communicate current beauty trends, new product launches, and seasonal collections to provide relevant and timely advice
• Drive sales performance by exceeding individual and store-level KPIs while maintaining authentic client relationships
• Maintain store appearance and functionality by supporting inventory management, merchandising displays, and ensuring a clean, organized, welcoming environment
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture that celebrates diversity and empowers all team members
• Uphold Sephora brand standards and company policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all clients

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-facing service environments with demonstrated excellence in customer engagement
• Passion for beauty, cosmetics, skincare, and current beauty trends
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build genuine client relationships
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to thrive in collaborative, goal-driven, and inclusive environments
• Ability to quickly acquire and retain product knowledge and communicate it effectively to clients
• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly

Skills

Experience

Beginner-level retail, hospitality, or client-service experience preferred. No specific years of experience required; demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships is essential.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16.60 to USD 19.30 per hour.
